Add an employee

Save company access above first. Then invite the same email below. No invitation email is sent by Save invitation company access.

  1. Open Supabase → Authentication → Users.
  2. Select Add user → Send invitation, then enter the employee’s email.
  3. Ask them to open the newest email and set their password.
  4. After the account appears, return here and select Refresh team.
  5. Choose the employee, verify Company access, edit their displayed name, and assign goals.

Upload photos or reels

Up to 8 files per upload. Photos: JPEG, PNG or WebP, up to 12 MB each. Reels: MP4, MOV or WebM, up to 50 MB each. Aim for 15 seconds, vertical 9:16 at 1080 × 1920. Upload clean footage without added music, logos or text. Convert HEIC photos to JPEG first.
